Pastor Fred Griffin is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Corona Church of the Open Door. In 1998 he and his family moved to Corona, California when he envisioned God’s plan for him to start a life-changing ministry that would transcend beyond customary religious traditions. The Vision and Call became clear for the ministry, when people in the community asked Pastor Fred to teach a bible study, and in 2000, Pastor Fred accepted the call to the teaching ministry in the body of Christ. In 2002 he began a bible study with 12 members, and by 2003 Corona Church of the Open Door was birthed, in a non-traditional church setting with a multi-cultural mission. Pastor Fred is a graduate of Cottonwood School of Ministry.
Over the years Pastors Fred and the CCOD community, have hosted numerous community outreach events throughout the city of Corona and Norco, as well as feeding the homeless, and partnering with various missions in other major cities and countries. He is passionate about sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ and seeing lives transformed.
