Meet Pastor Fred and Pastor Karin Griffin
The founding pastors of Corona Church of the Open Door, leading with a heart for people to experience the love of Christ and walk boldly in their God-given purpose.
SENIOR PASTOR AND FOUNDER
Pastor Fred Griffin
In 1998, Pastor Fred Griffin and his family moved to Corona, California, carrying a God-given vision to build a life-changing ministry that would break through traditional religious barriers. What began as a community Bible study grew to 12 members by 2002, and in 2003, Corona Church of the Open Door was officially born.
Today, Pastor Fred leads CCOD as a vibrant, multicultural church with a non-traditional approach to advancing the Kingdom of God. Alongside the CCOD family, he has organized many outreach events in Corona and Norco and partners with missions in major cities and abroad, with a heart for serving the underserved.
His desire is for people to experience the love of Christ, build meaningful community, and walk boldly in the will of God. A graduate of the Cottonwood School of Ministry (now Cottonwood College), he continues to raise up future leaders through weekly teachings and Connect Groups.
PASTOR, SPEAKER, AND LIFE COACH
Pastor Karin Griffin
Pastor Karin Griffin is an international speaker, teacher, and life coach. As a pastor’s wife, mother, grandmother, and successful businesswoman, she understands the real-world challenges women face in every season of life. Her mission is to help women discover, develop, and boldly pursue their God-given purpose.
A dynamic communicator, she speaks directly to the hearts of women with truth, compassion, and practical wisdom. Through her programs, events, and mentorship, she has made a lasting impact on countless lives as she builds a legacy of faith, leadership, and love alongside her husband.
Pastor Karin is a graduate of the Cottonwood School of Ministry (now Cottonwood College). She is known for her practical, life-giving teaching style, delivering the gospel with love, laughter, power, and authority.
